Description

Provide preventive maintenance as stated in the work statement on a quarterly basis for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with two (2) option years for the following sterilizers: Castle Model 233DD Steam Sterilizers 2 each; and Castle Model 6930 AMPS Washer Sterilizer. Each inspection will be performed in accordance with established manufacturer's procedures and shall include an inspection of all the equipment and it's components. Replacement parts must be original equipment manufactured or remanufactured parts and/or components by the original manufacturer. No substitute parts will be accepted.
