Description

V -- COURIER SERVICE: NF/SGVHS, VAMC, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, Florida is soliciting proposals for courier service from three VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) located in Inverness, Leesbury, and Ocala. Pick up will be no earlier than 3pm or later than 4:15pm daily and delivered to Gainesville VAMC by 8pm same day. Service shall include pick-up, transport and delivery of items to and from each clinic location to the Gainesville VAMC, five days, per week, excluding Government holidays. The term of the contract will be October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, with four, one-year options. All responses are due by COB, September 20, 2001. No telephone requests will be accepted.
