U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN CAMDEN, AR SFO 1AR0097 REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing 3,994 net rentable square feet, which will produce 3,473 BOMA usable square feet. The space will be occupied by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. LEASE TERM: 10 years UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Office space must be contiguous and on one level without being split by a public corridor. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout. Space should be located in a professional office setting. Space should not be located near establishments where alcoholic beverages are sold or served, or where there are tenants related to drug treatment or detention facilities. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including 26 parking spaces (including 7 fenced spaces for Government vehicles) on site. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. For unimproved sites, the land should be of adequate size to accommodate separate employee and visitor parking and green space. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Camden, Arkansas. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 3) Building name and address 4) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered 3) Square footage offered 4) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 6) Evidence of authority to represent the owner.
