Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-02-014 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 812930 and the size standard is $5.0 Million.=20 The Bureau of Public Debt intends to issue a commercial item simplified acquisition for one year from October 1, 2001 through September 31, 2002 for twelve (12) parking spaces to accommodate full size passenger vehicles. The parking spaces shall be at one location, and no more than three city blocks from the Public Debt facility located at 999 E Street NW, Washington, DC. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items with their offer.
