Description

Anticipated Issue Date: September 14/2001. IDIO Contract for Exterior Repairs to Federal Office Building #2, Arlington, Virginia. This contract will have base year with 4 (1) year options. Solicitation is being issued as Source Selection best value procurement. This solicitation is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. Magnitude of Project: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A site visit is scheduled for October 4, 2001 at 10:00 AM. All contractors are to meet at the Southgate road entrance to Federal Office Building #2. The solicitation can be down loaded at www.fedbizopps.gov (Federal Business Opportunities) (Fed Biz Opps.) All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
