- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a delivery order to Northrop Grumman Corporation, South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, NY 11714, under a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-99-G-1170 for the purpose of a trade study for the EA-6B aircraft to develop aircraft On Board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS) integration concepts that will precede detailed system design. Northrop Grumman Corporation is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the EA-6B aircraft and the only known firm that possesses the required technical expertise and technical data required to perform this effort. See numbered Note 22.
