Description

This amendment is hereby issued to identify the fact that the drawings for this effort indicate that certain frequencies are classified. The following clauses are added to the terms and conditions: 52.204-02, Security Requirements; 252.204-7005, Oral Attestation of Security Responsibilities and Security Administration The highest level of security required under this contract is Confidential as designated on DD Form 254 attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Commander, Defense Investigative Service, Director of Industrial Security, * Region, is designated Security Administrator for the purpose of administering all elements of military security hereunder. * To be filled in at time of award. Prior to providing the classified information, the Government will verify that the requestor possesses the appropriate level of clearance.
