Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma Arizona intends to sole source with Qwest Communications, 1915 Terry Avenue, Seattle WA 98101, for telephone services. Competition is restricted due to being the only company that services the area. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The anticipated award date is on or about October 1, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency. Offers shall show contractors capability to provide required services and quotes shall be received by 4:15 MST, September 21, 2001.
