Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma Desalting Plant, Yuma, Arizona 85364 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cellular One, 770 E 32nd Street, Yuma, Arizona for cellular phone service for Fiscal Year 2002. Competition is restricted to only one source due to exclusive service by Cellular One. Cellular services is required for the area along the Colorado River all the way to Davis Dam, Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah. Also, service shall be provided to our dredge sites. This procurement will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures. The anticipated award date is on or about October 1, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The quotation shall show the sources' capability to provide service to all required areas.
