Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This requirement is being issued as a Solicitation that will result in an award on the closing date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This action is restricted to small business. The following is a list of requirements: Item# 0001: Cisco 7507 SMARTnet Premium Maintenance, quantity of 2. Item# 0002: 24x7x4 Service Catalyst 6509, quantity of 2. Item# 0003: 24x7x4 Service Catalyst 6006, quantity 1. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, CAMP SERVICES WAREHOUSE, BLDG 600, BAY AREA B, Camp H. M. Smith HI 96861-4131, with inspection/acceptance at destination. FAR clauses/Provisions: 52.203-3, Gratuities, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the best value to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Commercial Items (incorporating 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Special Disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers, 52.322-37, Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era, 52.225-3, Buy American Act Supplies, Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Offerors responding to this announcement must provide the information contained in 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items. The offeror should also provide its Commercial and Government Entity (Cage) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS Number) and Tax Identification Number. If you have these items under a GSA schedule number, please provide that contract number. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register to be eligible for award. If a change occurs in this requirement, only those offerors that respond to this announcement within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
