Description

Solicitation number N00604-01-T-B404. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor HI intends to negotiate an unrestricted, Sole Source contract for maintenance services with LTX Corp. in accordance with FAR Part 12.6. The contract will include a Base year plus two (2) one year option periods. Item 0001: Base year maintenance service for one (1) each LTX Attackmaster Synchro Test System,. Period of performance 01 Oct 2001 thru 30 Sept 2002. Item 1001: First year option period maintenance service for one (1) each LTX Attackmaster Synchro Test System. Period of performance 01 Oct 2002 thru 30 Sept 2003. Item 2001: Second year option period maintenance service for one (1) each LTX Attackmaster Synchro Test System. Period of performance 01 Oct 2003 thru 30 Sept 2004. Location of equipment is the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF, Bldg. 683, Room 207 Pearl Harbor HI. The NAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 811219 and $5.0 mil respectively. FAR Part 13.5 applies. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database, (CCR), to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards. The solicitation will be issued/posted at: http://www.cic.pearl.fisc.navy.mil/contract on/about 11 Sept 2001. The Government will not mail, fax, or e-mail the solicitation or any amendment thereto.
