THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. The NAICS code is 561730/SIC code 0782. The size standard for this code is $5.0 million. The VA Medical Center at 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410 is contemplating the award of a firm fixed price contract for the maintenance of the Medical Center grounds. Work will consist of Contractor providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to maintain approximately 34 acres of improved grounds. Services shall include but not be limited to mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, blowing and fertilizing. Period of performance shall be January 1, 2002 through September 30, 2002 with four (4) one (1) year options for renewal. Solicitation issue date is on or about October 3, 2001.
