Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as small business set-aside under NAICS 336413. The solicitation incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-27. The Missouri Arm y National Guard requires Omni-Directional actuated Emergency Locator Transmitters for military aircraft, a quantity of 165. The vendor offering a quote must be Air Worthiness Certified from the U.S. Army and must provide that documentation with quote. Parts and Part Numbers of the item quoted must conform specifically with NSN: 5826-01-362-2636. Delivery and Acceptance of Items to be at MO-AVCRAD, 2501 Lester Jones Avenue, Springfield, MO 65803. The contract is anticipated to be a firm-fixed price d contract, awarded without discussion, however, if it is necessary discussion may be conducted with only those contractors deemed to be responsive and within the competitive range. The following Provisions a re applicable to this solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, Evaluation factors in descending order of importance are technical capability of item offered to meet the Governments needs, contractors past performance (provide at a mini mum 3 references Name, POC and telephone number) and price. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and certifications-Commercial Items.
