Description

PRESCRIPTION SAFETY GLASSES -- Provide prescription safety eyewear for Anniston Army Depot employees and tenants. Eyewear must meet the most current American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z80.1 and Z87.1. Safety Spectacles with glass, polycarb and p lastic prescription lens. A selection of male and female frames and lenses must be provided to meet work requirements of a diverse workforce in an industrial setting. Both frames and lenses must meet the most current versions of ANSI and OSHA standards f or protective eyewear. Lenses must meet current ANSI Z87.1 requirements for safety eyewear. Optional tinted lenses in shades 1-3 will filter 100% UVA & UVB up to 400 mm. Frames (Estimated total quantity: 2000/year). Lenses (Estimated total quantity: 48 00/per year -2400 pair). Accessories Items such as: Detachable side shields, Replacement cases, Temples for each of the frames selected, Repair items to include screws and nose pads: (Estimated quantity: 600 items per year). Deliver to Anniston Army D epot, Anniston, Alabama 36201. Requirements contract for a base year and four one-year options. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the size standard is 100 employees. The North American Industrial Classification is 421460. The solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102 (a) (7) and 14.205-1 (c), therefore hardcopies will be provided.
