Description

58- Motorola test equipment. This is a notice of intent to award under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, a sole source purchase order to Motorola, Communications Government Industrial Solutions Sector, U.S. Federal Government Markets Division. A total of six line items are being purchased as follows: Item 001: quantity of two each Communication System Analyzers, Item 002: quantity of two each Conventional Hardware Modules, Item 003: quantity of two DES-XL, DVP, DVP-XL, DES-OFB, Item 004: quantity of two Project 25 Compliant Transmission Format, Item 005: quantity of two Battery Packs and Item 006: quantity of fourteen Transit cases. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document exists. No telephone calls will be accepted. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. Responses to this notificstion should be received within 5 days after publication of this notice. Justification: supplies required are available from one source or limited sources. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition.
