- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Adelphia Business Solutions, 3974 Woodcock Drive, Suite 100, Jacksonville, FL 32207 for the addition of one OC-3C bi-directional SONET connectivity transport service between Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Naval Station Mayport and US Navy Fuel Farm for the remainder of First Option Year (1 Oct 01 to 28 Feb 02) and three remaining option years.
