Description
The South Texas Veterans Health Care System, Audie L. Murphy Division, San Antonio, TX intends to procure a variety of dental instruments and cassettes. Requirements specify colors for various trays along with color coding of the applicable instruments per tray. A Request for Quote package can be obtain by writing, email or fax to the above office indicated referencing the RFQ#671-36Q-01. Faxed requests can be submitted at(210)617-5255. All responsible sources must submit a Request for Quote for consideration. Request for Quotes are due by 9-21-01, 5:00pmCST. Selection will be based on evalutation of product quality and specification compliance. The government intends to award a single award contract, however reserves the right to make a multiple award.
