Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, 5600 W. Dickman Road, Battle Creek, Michigan 49015, intends to negotiate with Fluke Technical Center for an integrated network analyzer. The equipment required is an Optiview Pro PSVS, a portable hand-held testing tool that combines seven layer protocol analysis, active discovery, SNMP device analysis, RMON2 traffic analysis and physical layer testing in one unit. Interested offerors shall submit detailed literature that demonstrates offerors capability of providing this requirement to the contracting office no later than 4:30 p.m. local time, September 21, 2001. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The government retains the right to determine offerors capability based on literature submitted. Information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
