Description

Background "Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation and supervision to accomplish installation of fence, gates, and card readers at Building 10823 (Hope Hotel) located at Wright- Patterson AFB,OH. PLEASE GO TO www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil TO VIEW COMPLETE SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial tems prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number F33601-01-T-0557, is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This procurement has been reserved as a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 332323, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Funds are not currently available. This solicitation is being issued to obtain pricing in the event funds do become available prior to the end of FY01. If funding does become available, the resultant award will be a purchase order. Although the bid schedule shows three line items, the government intends to award only one line item. The line item (option) chosen will be the option that best meets the Government's needs with funding available at time of award.
