- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Desired service is Tear Down, Test, and Inspect (TTI) of GIAT 155mm H owitzer components, with an option quantity for Repair and Return (R&R) services. For a copy of the solicitation, please contact the contract specialist listed below. Requisition Number BSI0E51232Y001. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirement, FMS Ca se SI-B-WEW. Shipping terms are FOB Origin. Delivery shall be arranged in accordance with the Statement of Objectives contained in the solicitation. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. A completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items and 252-212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condi tions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
