Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is soliciting quotes to provide labor, material, tools and equipment necessary to pump, clean and dispose of sludge from the two (2) grease traps, one (1) manhole and to jet clean sewer lines at the Chicago Health Care System, West Side Division Chicago IL. Solicitation is for the period beginning October 1, 2001 thru September 30, 2002 plus four (4) Option Renewal periods. NAICS: 562998. This is 100% Small Business Set-aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Requests for hardcopy solicitations must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and must be accompanied by a non-refundable check for $10.00 made out to the US Dept of Veterans Affairs.
