Description

The Operational Contracting Division, Commercial Acquisition Branch, at Hanscom AFB, MA is issuing a solicitation F19650-01-T-0046 for the maintenance and emergency repair of automatic entrance and exit doors at various buildings at Hanscom AFB, MA. The duration of this Simplified Acquisition will be done for the Basic period from 01 OCT 01 through 31 MAR 02. The contract will include Option Periods also at time of award for 01 APR 02 through 30 SEP 02; 01 OCT 02 through 30 SEP 03; 01 OCT 03 through 30 SEP 04; 01 OCT 04 through 30 SEP 05; and 01 OCT 05 through 30 SEP 06. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside. The NAIC is 335999 and the Small Business Standard is 500 employees million. The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, tools, equipment, lubricants, and minor parts for the quarterly preventative maintenance and emergency repairs of automatic entrance and exit doors on Hanscom AFB, MA. Funds are not currently available for this requirement, FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds (Apr 1984). Unless funds are made available for this requirement, no contract will be awarded. All respondents must provide pricing for ALL CLINS. Quotes that do not include prices for ALL CLINS will not be considered. All respondents must complete FAR 52.212-3 to be submitted with the pricing schedule. The solicitation may be accessed on the HERBB website at http://herbb.hanscom.af.mil.
