Description

17. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Systems proposes to enter into a Sole Source requirement with Camber Co rporation. This effort exists within the E-2C Systems Test and Evaluation (ESTEL) to develop a high-fidelity Laboratory Rad ar/IFF Simulator system (L-RISS) to replicate the analog/digital inputs and outputs of the E-2C AN/APS-145 radar and OL-483/ AP IFF system. A sole source acquisition is required because the requirement will entail the use of Camber Corporations Rad ar/IFF Simulator system (RISS) capable of stimulating the E-2C Hawkeye 2000 system as installed in ESTEL and the RISS meets the requirements of the L-RISS. The L-RISS is needed in ESTEL to support test programs. This solicitation will be negotiat ed on a Sole Source basis with Camber Corporation, 4885 Alpha Road, Dallas, TX 75244 as the only responsible source in accor dance with FAR subpart 6.302-1.
