This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F26600-01-Q-B116 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is set aside exclusively for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 441221. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 5 million. Item description is as follows: Line Item 00001: All Terrain Vehicles, Manufacturer: Honda, Model: 350 Rancher, 4-Wheel Drive with electric shift, Color: Olive Green, Quantity: 10 Each, FOB: Destination, 99 GCTF/LCT, C Street # 137, Indian Springs Air Force Auxillary Field, Indian Springs, NV 89018-1070. NOTE: This is a brand name only purchase, no equivalent or substituations will be accepted. Quotations should be firm fixed price that includes all cost necessary to provide these commodities (i.e. Shipping Charges if any, warranty information, etc.). The government does not intend to make multiple awards. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price- price will be the only factor in the award of this purchase order.
