The Naval Academy has a requirement to purchase the following software: item # 1 -- Fleet Command -- USNA Training Version. 1 Each. Item # 2 -- Shipping. 1 Lot. This is an unrestricted solicitation. This bid will close at end of business 21 September 2001. NO ORAL REQUESTS WILL BE GRANTED.
