Description

(SEE Note 22) This proposed procurement is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with; Discus Data Solutions, Inc ; 505 Eighth Ave. ; Suite 802 ; New York, NY ;10018. The supplies required is Discus Data Solutions Exchange Management System (ExMS) It is a collection of tools for the management and administration of Exchange Accounts. These functions are through the use of the product capable of being scheduled , monitored, and tracked. Functions of the software not currently avalable. Audit trails are used and standards are enforcable. No other known products that provide the scope and range of this product. Products contains in excess of 30 companion programs. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities, Applicable FAR clauses for solicitation are attached. A Determination by the government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
