70 -- HD-6000 Degausser The Department of Justice, subject to availability of funds, intends to issue an award on a sole-source basis, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13, for a HD-6000 Degausser, Part Number 950-0000, from Data Security, Inc. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considreed solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.*****
