Non-Personnel Services: Contractor to provide all labor, parts, materials, transportation, and facilities necessary to Install Bird Netting, Hanger 245: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (F26600-01-QA059) is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 and 13. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) for this solicitation is 7342 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 56171. Based on Standard Size $5.0 million. The item description is as follows: Non-Personnel Service Contractor to provide all labor, parts, materials, transportation, and facilities necessary to Install Bird Netting, Hanger 245. Bird Netting sample and specification sheet, to be provided with quote. Bid items are as follows; Clin 0001 Non-Personnel Service to provide and install all labor, parts, materials, transportation, and facilities necessary to Install Bird Netting, Hanger 245, Quantity 1 Lot, FOB: 57 LSS, Hanger 245, Nellis AFB, NV 89191, Delivery Date: 15 Oct 01.
