Description

J -- On site maintenance service agreement for two Micromass Autospec high resolution Mass Spectrometers.The needed services could be either electronic or mechanical in nature and includes the embedded PC. The agreement shall include service, parts (except for consumable items), with a 120 hour response time from the time of call initiation. The agreement should also include one preventive maintenance visit per year.
