- Description
- Repair of YC 1537 Lighterage Barge and YON 90 Oily Waste Barge during the period of 26 September 2001 to 26 November 2001. Dry dock required. This acquisition will be conducted on the basis of other than full and open competition, with award to Guam Shipyard. Note 22 applies. The Government intends to award the contract under commercial item procedures on or about 25 September 2001.
