Non-competitive acquisition for a sole source Buy Indian American Indian population living within the Sacramento service area. Services shall be provided for a 12 month period in accordance with the statement of work. The request for a non-competitive acquisition is being issued pursuant to 25 USC 47, the Buy Indian Act. This proposal is restricsted to the Sacramento Urban Indian Health Project of Sacramento, CA.
