Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source contract with Mary K. Black, Blythwood, SC for continued school year 2001-2002 occupational therapist services for the Fort Jackson Elementary Special Education Program. These services are required under the Individuals with Disability Act PL 101-476 for comprehensive and intensive therapy services in individualized and small group support in accordance with the student's Individualized Education Program. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available.
