The COE, Portland District is soliciting for a potable water pump system, providing pumps, control panel, VFD controllers, valves, gages, flowmeter, etc. according to specifications for Bonneville Dam Project, Cascade Locks, Oregon. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBzone businesses. Statutory authority for this set-aside is contained in 15 U.S.C. 631 & FAR 19.13.
