The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis from The MathWorks Inc., 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA 01760, 3 each -- DSP Blockset P/N DSWIN; 3 each -- Image Processing P/N IPWIN; 3 each -- Signal Processing P/N SGWIN; 3 each -- MATLAB P/N MLWIN; 3 each -- MATLAB C/C++ Math Library P/N CPWIN; 3 each -- MATLAB Compiler P/N COWIN; 3 each MATLAB C/C++ Graphics Library P/N GLWIN. The sole source is based on Math Works being the only authorized distributor of MATLAB proprietary software. Responsible firms believing they can provide the above, should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer on or before 14 Sep 2001, providing detailed information, clearly showing their ability to do so without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
