Description

This is a modification to a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All responses to this solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ) must make reference to Solicitation Number F04693-01-Q-0001 and include catalog (color) photos. The original synopsis was posted 31 August 2001. Line Item three should read 3) Headboard of solid oak construction, with sliding front panels, on the left and right hand side, maintaining on open middle slot. Made to fit a full size bed. 29 each. Size: 41 1/2"H x 17-3/4"D. Color: Rich Medium Woodland Oak. Material Specifications same specifications as line item 1. Responses must be received by the close of business 19 September 2001.
