Description

Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302 the Government anticipates entering into a sole source negotiations with Medline Industries, Mundelein, IL for Moliform and Molimed, Incontinent Pads. The above authority is cited and justification made based on the determination that the Government's minimum needs can be satisfied by supplies available from one source. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by September 24, 2001. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
