Description

The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO), Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii has a requirement for one on-call cardiovascular perfusionist for Department of Surgery. PRCO anticipates a firm fixed requirements type contract resulting from the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation will be evaluated based on experience/technical capabilities (see Statement of Work), past performance and price. The anticipated period of performance will be approx 1 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 02, with four one-year options through 30 Sep 06. The NAICS code is 621999 and size standard is $7.5 million.
