Description

This is a commercial item for Services to Perform cytology examination and support services at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii. Examinations and support services include cytologic procedures, techniques, identification, interpretations, quality control, quality assurance and consultation. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office, MEDCOM, Tripler Army Medical Center anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from the Request for Quotation. Unit of Issue: Hourly, Quantity for the Base Year is 1040 Hours. Unit of Issue for Option Years: Hourly, Quantity: 1040 Hours. The solicitation will be evaluated based on technical capability, past performance and price. The anticipated period of performance will be Base Year: 01 Oct 01 -- 30 Sep 02, Option Year 1: 01 Oct 02 -- 30 Sep 03, Option Year 2: 01 Oct 03 -- 30 Sep 04, Option Year 3: 01 Oct 04 -- 30 Sep 05, and Option Year 4: 01 Oct 05 -- 30 Sep 06.
