Description

Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Program Analysis $ Evaluation (OSD/PA&E) intends to aquire on a sole source basis, on going traning support services for Contractor Cost Data Reporting (CCDR) for the period of 01 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002. The Government desires to improve training material and continue to provide on-site training at several locations within the United States. In addition to developing an "on-line" guide on 'How to Use CCDRs in Estimating and Analysis Task'. The Government desires Project Management Support to provide the CCDR Project Office with on going strategic planning effort and to support future cost data project efforts. Specific task are as follows: Task 1 -- Update Training Materials; Task 2 -- Present Training Instruction; Task 3 -- Computer Based (on-line) CCDR Use Course; Task 4 -- Perform Ad-Hoc Training Sessions; and Task 5 -- Privide Project Management Support. Personnel requirements are: Program Manager -- 335 hours; Editor -- 80 hours; Task Team Leader -- 1204 hours; and Project Director -- 80 hours.
