Description

SOLICITATION NOTICE: The New Hampshire Air National Guard wishes to contract for lease on (2) Bucket loaders, Case Model 821B, John Deere Model 644G or equal. Must be equipped with a Quick coupler compatible to the JRB coupler end which will be used on t he NH Air National Guard s 20 snow pushers. The (2) loaders will be delivered no later than 19 November 2001 and will be picked up no earlier than 18 March 2002 for a total or 17 weeks. Pick-up and Delivery is the responsibility of the vendor. Upon delivery the loaders shall be ready to adapt the s now pushers and begin operation on the New Hampshire Air National Guard apron. The vendor will provide a 24 hour emergency service with no longer than four hours for a service response time and repaired within 24 hours. The vendor will include all necessary emergency contact information at the time of selection. This is an unrestricted procurement using Small Acquisition Procedures. The small business size standard is $5 million. The solicitation package will be available on September 12th, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.
