Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this synopsis. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The NAICS code is 421430 and the size standard is 100 employees. The Technology Applications Office intends to make an award to one firm for the following supplies: 1. WS-C4006-S2, Cisco Catalyst 4000 Chassis (6 slot) Supervisor II (2) AC PS Fans, SC4K-SUP-6/2/2 Catalyst 4000 Supervisor Flash Image, Release 6.2.2 ; 2. WS-X4008/3 Catalyst 4000 AC PS Redundant, 2 ea; 3. WS-X4148-FX-MT Catalyst 4000 FE Switching Module 48-100FX MMF (MTRJ) 6 ea; 4. CON-SNT-WS-C4006 8X5XNBD SVC Catalyst 4000 (6 slot) Supervisor II (2) AC PS Fans, 2 ea; and 5. CAB-7KAC AC Power Cord-North American, 2 ea. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR Circular 27. The following provisions apply to this announcement: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial; 42.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items must be submitted with responses.
