Description

EPA's Office of Research and Development wants to procure a 1000 HP large roll (72") chassis dynamometer system for its National Risk Management Research Laboratory's Air Pollution Prevention and Control Laboratory in Research Triangle Park, NC. The contractor will provide a complete chassis dynamometer system including: 1000 HP AC motor/absorber, torque measurement system, control system with dedicated signal and operator computers, necessary safety systems and continuous gaseous emission systems for both raw and dilute exhaust gases. The contractor shall also install the above in the EPA Environmental Research Center, Research Triangle Park, NC. The solicitation will be issued the week of 10/10 and will be available only from the EPA web site.
