This is a sole source solicitation for commercial services. The NAIC is 514110. This serves as notice of intent to negotiate with the NewsEDGE Corporation on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. The Defense Technical Information Center has a requirement to acquire automated news delivery services that is operable in an environment that includes: multi-platform and multi-level; and, that receives, stores, filters, forwards, archives, and displays news from the wire services.
