Description

The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to award, under FAR part 15, a sole source extension of contract number F41636-96-D-0020 to the Texas Commission for the Blind, 4800 N. Lamar Blvd, Ste. 260, Austin, TX 78711 for the following: Full Food Services for Lackland AFB, Medina Annex, and Camp Bullis, Texas. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the government intends to award under authority of FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source, for one month with five one-month option periods, pending award of the contract contemplated by solicitation F41636-00-R-0150. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider any proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis. No solicitation or request for quote is available.
