Black ink and one additional PMS color or an occasional order will print in four-color process. Bi-monthly issue for approx. 11,000 to 13,000 copies of 28 to 48 pages. Operations include filmmaking, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Copy pickup in Washington, DC US. Navy. Quality Level III. Bid opening anticipated during the month of December 2001.
