Description

The Research and Special Programs Administration plans to negotiate a sole source award to the Institute of Makers of Explosives (IME) to update the current video entitled "Emergency Instructions" to reflect the current regulatory requirements and to develop the accompanying training materials. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which, if timely received shall be considered by the agency.
