"K", Dwg P/N 70500-02161-044. Exception: Contractor must have a viable source for material that meets the requirements of FED-STD-191. Special tooling is required. Small business set-aside applies (see note #1). 50% SDB8(A) applies. The SDB8(A) company will receive 50% of all requirements for this contract. Full and open competition. Note #26 applies. This solicitation will result as an IQC (multiple awards). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery.
