Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100 intends to procure on a sole-source basis, one (1) each Tales Heim Data ecorder, Model A480. This Data Recorder shall be used to support critical programs on-going @NSWC/DD. The main features that are required for the unit are: (1) they employ individual modules so that the system can be reconfigured to adapt to any future data recording requirements; (2) they are expandable to 144 data channels; and (3) their input modules may be interchanged or employed in a "mixed" configuration (which would include Direct and ICP input (DC-25 KHz); Microphone input (DC-25 KHz); Charge input (DC-25 KHz); Strain Gage input (DC-25 KHz); Analog input (DC-25 KHz) and High Speed Analog input Digital Interface (DC-200 KHz). Thales Heim is located @ 480 Spring Park Place, Suite l000, Herndon, VA 20170 and is currently registered in the CCR. Award shall be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures on an all or none basis. All responsible offerors may submit their quote, which shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA 22448, and must contain the following information: Tax ID #; Dun & Bradstreet # & Cage Code, along with proof of their current registration in the CCR, and a copy of their current pricelist for this item. Any response to this CBD notice must reference Quote No. N00178-01-Q-0004. Faxed/e-mailed responses are acceptable. Faxed responses may be sent to 540-653-7016, 540-653-6812, or 540-653-7276. The Government shall not issue a written soliciation as a result of this notice. Item shall be shipped FOB Destination. Closing date for this announcement shall be 25 September 2001.
