Description

This is a notice of intent. The government intends to award a sole source, fixed price contract to OVID Technologies under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This is a subcribtion service to Biomedical on line databases integrated with full text content to support the U. S. Army Medical Comand. The subscription service shall provide multiple simultaneous access via the internet to provide databases (MEDLINE, PREMEDLINE, CINAHL, HEALTSTAR, AIDSLINE, BIOETHICS LINE, CANCERLIT, AND EVIDENCE BASE REVIEWS)and full text content. These services provide seamless access between the bibliographic databases of more that 170 full text journals appearing in Brandon hill selected lists. These services shall provide seamless access to the full-text journal content from the bibliographic databases through the use of active hyperlinks contained in the bibliographic citation to the full text journal article. The subscription service is for HQ MEDCOM, Fort Sam Houston, Tx 78234, This notice is not a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. Note 22 applies.
