- The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to award a SAP to Vitech Corporation for CORE Software (to include technical support and upgrades), user manuals, and training. No RFP is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties are encouraged to submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement. No telephonic requests will be accepted.
